1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using TextHumanizer.co ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. To purchase credits or a subscription you must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. See our Privacy Policy for details.

3. Description of Service

TextHumanizer.co provides an AI-powered text rewriting service that turns AI-generated drafts into clearer, more natural, more readable writing. Our service includes text analysis, rewriting, and AI detection capabilities. It is a general-purpose writing tool intended for professional, business, and educational writing.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of our Service, you may be required to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate, current, and complete information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

5. Acceptable Use Policy

This section is our Acceptable Use Policy and forms part of these Terms. It applies to everything you submit to the Service, everything the Service produces for you, and anything you do with that output.

5.1 No adult, sexual, or NSFW content

TextHumanizer.co strictly prohibits adult, sexually explicit, and NSFW content. You may not submit to the Service, generate with the Service, or distribute output of the Service that consists of or depicts:

  • Pornographic, sexually explicit, or otherwise NSFW (not safe for work) material of any kind
  • Erotica, sexual roleplay, sexual fan fiction, or sexually suggestive narrative content
  • Explicit descriptions of sexual acts, nudity, or sexual body parts written to arouse
  • AI companion, virtual girlfriend or boyfriend, romantic chat, or intimacy simulation content
  • Escort, prostitution, sugar dating, webcam, or other adult-services listings, profiles, or advertising
  • Marketing, SEO, or promotional copy for pornographic sites, adult subscription platforms, or sex-work services
  • Non-consensual sexual content, sexual violence, revenge pornography, sextortion material, or content that sexualizes a real person without their consent

We have zero tolerance for any sexual content involving minors. Child sexual abuse material (CSAM), sexualized depictions of anyone under 18, and any attempt to use the Service to produce such material will result in immediate and permanent termination, preservation of the relevant records, and a report to law enforcement and the applicable child-safety authorities.

5.2 Other prohibited uses

You also agree NOT to use our Service to:

  • Violate any applicable law or regulation, or infringe the intellectual property or privacy rights of others
  • Produce hate speech, harassment, bullying, threats, or content that incites violence, self-harm, terrorism, or extremism
  • Produce graphic violence, gore, or shock content
  • Impersonate a real person or organization, or create deepfake, face-swap, voice-clone, or synthetic-identity content
  • Create fake reviews, fake testimonials, fabricated news, election disinformation, or medical, legal, or financial misinformation
  • Commit fraud, or produce phishing messages, scam scripts, malware, or spam
  • Generate bulk low-quality content for search-ranking manipulation, link schemes, or platform abuse
  • Misrepresent authorship where disclosure of AI assistance is required, including academic coursework, examinations, and admissions material, or otherwise engage in academic dishonesty or plagiarism
  • Promote or facilitate illegal drugs, weapons, gambling, unlicensed pharmaceuticals, or other regulated goods and services
  • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or exploit our systems, models, or output
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its servers, or circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or paywalls
  • Access the Service through automated systems without our written permission

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement

We reserve the right to screen, review, and refuse any text submitted to or produced by the Service, whether automatically or by a member of our team, and to investigate accounts where abuse is suspected or reported. A request that falls into a prohibited category may be refused without notice. We may add or change screening measures at any time to enforce this policy.

Where we determine that you have breached the Acceptable Use Policy in Section 5, we may take any of the following steps, in our reasonable discretion and in proportion to the breach:

  • Refuse or remove the offending request or output
  • Issue a warning, or restrict specific features on your account
  • Suspend or permanently terminate your account, forfeiting any remaining credits (this does not affect the 14-day refund window in our Refund Policy)
  • Preserve records and disclose them to law enforcement or other authorities where the law requires it, or where there is a risk to life or to child safety

To report a use of the Service that breaches these Terms, email contact@texthumanizer.co with the details. We aim to respond to abuse reports and to all customer requests within 3 business days.

7. Credits, Subscriptions, and Payments

Current prices for every plan are published on our Pricing page. Payments are processed by Dodo Payments, our authorized reseller and Merchant of Record, which handles billing, invoicing, and sales tax or VAT. Charges appear on your statement from Dodo Payments.

  • The Service operates on a credit-based system; credits are consumed as you process text
  • Subscription plans renew automatically each billing cycle at the then-current price until you cancel
  • You can cancel at any time from your account settings; access continues to the end of the paid period and no further renewal is charged
  • Every charge is covered by the 14-day refund guarantee in our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms
  • Credits have no cash value and cannot be transferred or exchanged
  • Unused credits may expire as specified at the time of purchase
  • Pricing is subject to change with reasonable notice, effective from your next billing cycle

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the original content you submit to our Service, and you are responsible for holding the rights needed to submit it. The rewritten output generated by our Service is yours to use. However, all rights to the Service itself, including its technology, branding, and underlying algorithms, remain with TextHumanizer.co.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Any third-party AI detection tool will score or classify the output in a particular way. We make no promise about the result of such a tool, and we do not sell the Service as a means of obtaining one
  • The Service will meet your specific requirements
  • Results will be accurate or reliable in all circumstances

You are responsible for reviewing output before you rely on it or publish it, and for disclosing your use of AI assistance wherever a school, employer, publisher, or platform requires that disclosure.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TextHumanizer.co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TextHumanizer.co and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Where we terminate an account for a breach of Section 5, remaining credits are forfeited. Termination does not remove your right to a refund under the 14-day window in our Refund Policy.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website or sending an email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which TextHumanizer.co operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
